Both ROV and Power Supply come with Remote Support
JM Connect is pre-installed on ROV and Topside Power Supply. With JM Connect we can troubleshoot, update, and maintain your ROV system. ROV is prepared with 2 x auxiliary for extra equipment (USB and Ethernet 12 V and optional serial data).

We perform service and maintenance on your ROV system. Our products are robust, practical, and sturdy, but needs maintenance from time to time if they are to last. Visit our offices in Kristiansund, or contact us, and we’ll come to you. We will check and perform service on your equipment, and give you and your employees training, so you can do it yourselves. We believe it is important to share our knowledge and competence within this field, so that your company can make use of our products in the best way possible.
